Very nice Mike, I'll be watching this one. Many years ago I made the Monogram version of this plane, which wasn't a bad kit... in the 70's!

Seem to have done loads on this build but nothing worth posting - Ian, thanks for the the polished aluminium metalcote tip - its some great paint - 1 coat hand brushed on - gonna klear coat tomorrow as i heard you cant overcoat the metalcoat with a second layer. Then on Saturday I will put on second coat, wait an hour and then buff

Just gotta convince the SWMBO that modelling IS "man jobs" Hee Hee. Good luck mate.

And the Sabre is looking great, the paint work is first rate.

So far, every single decal has ripped, moved or unstuck - complete nightmare
