hi everyone, will have to start tis soon had it since the early 80s time it was done, seems as though all the parts are there, over 400 all together will probably start it in the next few weeks !

loads of bits ,some metal, some rubber but mostly plastic . here's just a few !

just to say that all the black and white parts will be painted and lacquered to get rid of the plastic look !

heres a few parts ready for tidying up and painting, frame and most of the fittings various other bits to be fitted later on, seat post which is actually sprung ! and swinging arm which will pivot on the frame when fitted !

some more parts, fit is very good just a bit of tidying up . detail is excellent as you can see on the oil pump and rocker box, 4 small chrome cylinder base nuts and 5 cylinder head bolt heads to be fitted as well

a few more parts to get ready, battery top and front are black but I shone a light on them to show the detail, oil tank is also black there's even two seperate little connecters for the oil lines to fit to which I forgot to include in the photo ! primary inner housing and cover , starter solenoid and linkage and pedal for the siren all to be tidied up and necessary parts primed and painted !

hello everyone ,due to not feeling to well I've not been on here much, but i'm back now ! not much done on the Harley but here's the latest work done cylinders and gearbox completed and ready to fit to crankcase ! cylinder base and head nuts were all separate as were the red rocker shaft nuts, had to paint the red bit on as well !

oil tank and battery tray, coil and ht leads complete..... chrome filler caps , and top and bottom oil line connectors on oil tank were all separate pieces,as were the coil ht leads and spark plug caps !

thanks, its a very well detailed model, theres even some front brake pads to be fitted in the caliper, but once assembled they wont be seen !

few more bits done ,one chain half, the sprockets and chain ready for assembly, pushrod lifter blocks , gearbox top chrome nuts fitted !

frame is now ready for engine and the rest of the parts to be fitted side stand parts,[ regulator box, stand,screw, spring, and brackets ] side stand assembly completed

engine finished and ready to be fitted in the frame , this would make a nice model on its own !
