Clock movement failure inspires this small dio. Thought it would make a neat base with depth for inspection pit & space for electricals if I light it. I hope this small 3 piece scene will get the mojo cooking again. Very old Ahm Repair Shop bldg, ROCO Protze mit Trident Drilling, & Herpa Jagdtiger should fill this out as all are orphans.

Thanks for the support guys. Yeah Rick, a real blast from the past. Has to be from 60s/70s. A Christmas gift from a cousin who goes antiquing a lot. Very primitive when compared to recent offerings, but comes with a lot of extra structural shapes, not called out in the instructions, I will use to build an interior traveling crane, inspection pit & tool crib. well your level of details is really something as usual... I'm really looking forward to see how you will weather everything... ;-)

Paul. this is looking good, does the kit have the glazing as well otr do you supply ?
Dzhon.

Thread owner
Thanks Dzohn, the kit supplies three very thin sheets of clear plastic. You cut to fit. PaulE

This is so cool, howzit fitting together so far? I didn't see the crane, is it an overhead or gantry? Rick H.

Fit is OK, but lacks a lot of interior detail. Take a look at box art. You'll see the external setup. I'm presently planning an internal traveling overhead crane and an addition for the heating plant. PaulE

Kit had no provision for heating the interior & no space inside so I'm adding a heating plant & radiators.

Change of plan. Moving the office to second floor. This will provide more interest & additional work floor space. It will however complicate the traveling overhead crane & crowd the Jagdtiger some. PaulE

Progress after constructing ofc. & staircase on wrong wall, duh. Much better on this wall. Not done yet, just dry fit furniture.
