I have a couple of buildings in progress ready to take growth in my Diorama ...... thing is .... they are not scratch built buildings like many of the clever folks in here.
They are Great North Roads plastercast buildings. So maybe a bit of an anti climax for some.
However .... they are buildings and we all need to start somewhere.
My intention is to kit them out with bombed out floors , roofs etc so there is an element of betterment and personal finish.
I have a few things to progress on my diorama at the moment as its only just started after a botched first effort. I will use the buildings as hospital projects for when I need a break from the main diorama scene...... which could be quite often ....
So it will be cutting and gluing floor boards, joists and possibly lath and plaster ceilings etc .... we'll see how suicidal I feel. Thankfully the Proxxon table saw should make light work of the cutting of multiple parts etc ..... one effort greatfully reduced.
It will be a painful process so feel free to switch off if it gets too much.
Hopefully get started in the near future.
Feel free to join me for the journey and comment all you want ...... good and bad. This .... like many of my posts will be a warts and all type build.
Cheers
