That ass embly is only the supporting act, the paper is the important bit of equipment....

The hand is becoming usefull again - friends will be relieved as I am.... You get no sympathy in this house unless you have four legs :tears-of-joy:.
The exhaust - all pigments - start with a light rust scrubbed into the paint, then a ring of medium rust and then an inner patch of dark rust. Then I rub the whole lot with a tissue to bring out the base colour and blend it all together.
How are the ears, I did reply to your email, did you get it?

Its the mobile that's the problem Mike , the speakers needs to be changed , but getting the sealed phone body apart is impossible No didn't receive you email , I've checked the spam folders well .:crying:

This is one on a Leopard 1-V ca. the 1980s, “plee” (pronounced like English play) is a Dutch colloquialism for “toilet”, and going by the rest of the text on it, it cost 2.50 guilders (ca. 60p or so at the time) to use it The text on the seat reads “AFTER USE RETURN CLEAN”, which I suppose is due to experience …

Thanks Jakko, the ones used by the Canadians are not as luxurious, you get the seat and learn how to balance.... And as for the label I can relate to that after spending years as a truck driver and having to clean the tiolet seat after the so called 'adults' have used them instead of the urinals - did mommy never teach them to aim :rolling:....

Update,
The build is now at the final weathering and building stage - the toilet seat is now attached using bungee hooks.....

Right to left is the wire used for making the hooks, first it is run through a flame to soften the metal - the hook itself and next to it a piece of bungee chord (solder wire) and finally the pin used to form the hook...

Now finally attached - the white is giving of a bit of glare but in real life is not so bad.

And here are the ground 'mattress' rolled up.

Update,
OK, as far as the build is concerned I am calling it finished, I could spend months just going round and round adding bits here and there but the idea is the vehicle itself.
Many thanks for all the comments and likes and for not falling asleep in the back - sorry no cake - I ate it :hungry:, but here are a few more pics....










And now for the ones taken while on the beach at Benidorm last year.......

You will have noticed that the front wheels are off the ground, this is because the models will be set on a base of uneven ground, so will settle into its environment. Next few pics will be on the 'Completed' section.
