I have been ripped off, didn't get any paints or instructions, not that it was hard to put together .

To be honest some gloss and a roller might be a better option.

even my lad is disappointed in it was think of using it as a try out for some ab practice but to be honest think it may need to be sand blaster to get the paint to stick.

it is a weird plastic as well.

Yeah, it is made from old recycled guttering. I may have a go at trying to do something with it...target practise maybe an option.
