i cannot remember how I came across this site a few years ago but /i'm on their mailing list and periodically an email pop into my in-box with details of research papers which I may be interested in.
the site has been criticised because although it is a .edu site it is not an academic affiliated website but a commercial website - if created today it woud not be able to have a .edu name. Of course, as with most websites, you cannot guarantee 100% the accuracy of its contents but on the other hand its free and some of the papers are interesting - like this one.
