Hi all

New to forum , back into modelling after a lot of years , my how things have changed ,
Been speaking to John re correct procedure for varnish and decals.
Make sure I got this right

Paint model (airbrush)
Apply gloss varnish
Apply decals with latest 2 in one decal solution
Finish with Matt varnish

When does weathering and washes take place
Would appreciate any more info

I would apply a second gloss coat after the decals, then weathering and washes, then final Matt varnish

I would apply another gloss varnish over the decals then weather it. Then apply the finish varnish (satin/matt)
