Yeah it looks better and the engine covers don't fit anyway there to short lol

I think I've been luck with this as ive not faced some of the horror stories I've read about this kit

, and my Stuka has arrived only I can't have it until my birthday :(

Looks fine! If is acrylic and isn't dry yet, take a sponge and "sand", you will have s nice final effect :)

Unfortunately Polux it's dry , I wonder if a dry brush just to give it some depth and then a very weak rust wash so it discolours the shiny bits

Looking good Al...get it off!!

Thanks for that joe now I know I can do what I need to do , it sounds like he faced the same problems as

I did and that's a beauty he's built

Thanks again :)

Final update for this project :)

This is a good kit to build not much wrong with it really iff you take into account how old it is , no major fit issues and my biggest problem was the fuselage , it was twisted towards the tail plane and the front dipped butt superglue sorted that out :) View attachment 85519

Andy well done mate this is a beauty and a nice size too, I like how you have left the covers off of the gun bays and engine, this looks really nice.
