Wasn't there some controversy in the US back when the programme was originally aired, that the design was very similar to the Freedom Fighter that was still in the development stage at that time!

Or was it just another one of those urban myths!

very nice, im a big fan of Gerry Anderson.....brought up on captain scarlet and thunderbirds and the rest

ive always thought it interesting that when this came out frontline aircraft were stuff like F4 and mig21 and the like..........and yet it kind of predicted the style of design for the future........modern combat aircraft all have high mounted bubble canopies and canards
