I have now started on the boat deck structure's and here's what I shall be doing.And here are the first two pieces and the finished rudder.And the rest of the pieces waiting to be finished off but the eagled eyed amongst you will notice I have built the gym the wrong way round but at the time of this posting I will have rectified it.

Here's and small update and the last of the pictures while I clear the backlog of plastic kits.
All of the main deck structure's with the exception of the second class lift shaft.
And a test of all funnels in place

Found some time to do some more this time finishing off some of the sub assembly's ready for final detailing with the photo etch and I have substituted the paper decoration on the vents I favour of wire mesh.

More sub assemblies finished this time it's second class lift shaft and the are around the fourth funnel casing.

Another part of boat deck finished this is the reciprocating engine casing/tank room it also has the first class aft staircase dome with it but as I am waiting for some after market parts to arrive from minibrass it will remain empty.

Time for an update all the sub structure's are now attached to the boat deck and all the vents are finished and also attached.
I have the two pe domes in place all not very visible in the pictures.
And I have the third and fourth funnels in place.

First and second funnels completed in place but not yet secured and the first two davit test pieces using my new PE Bender.

That looks so good Peter.

One regret I have was not lighting mine, but that is because it would hide the dreadfully amateur finish. Don't think you'll have that regret!

Time for a little diversion from plastic and for this update I have finished all the railings and fitted the stairs.
