As this is my first EVER build, I want to take my time, and try to get as much detail into it as I can, as I believe it's the difference between a good model & an excellent model.

Iv had a good look at all the sprues, and Iv gotta say I'm very impressed with the quality and the detail that's already there. With some fine brushes and a few colours of paint I intend to add further to this. I'm extremely impressed with the stretched directional tyres for the wheels. Anywho here's a few pictures from the unboxing, hopefully I'll get started this coming week and I look forward to sharing my build with you guys.

Here's a link to an fantastic YouTube channel, this guy may even be on here, I don't know. He has done an unboxing video for the red alternative to my black one. Enjoy.

View attachment 93662That's the box art, Kent models have a few I believe.

Quick question,

View attachment 93663

Those arch extensions, I intend to paint a different colour to the body, my main concern is how well does clear coat take being glued on ?
Hi Harley

I would say with glueing on top of your clear coat with a larger part you'll have issuses with it bonding properly. I would clean back areas to bare plastic where glue is required to ensure it bonds well.

Or if its easy enough for the wing to be glued on then spray your main colour then mask the body off to spray the different colour on the wing.

I would say the first option would be more suitable :)

Hope this helps,

Cheers,Ben
