tamiya ones are smaller i tend to get 2 1/24 cars from one can 2 cans for 1/12 scale i pay about £6.25 for a tamiya one however the surfacer and clear coat are £11.50 a can but slightly largerI would have thought the Tamyia ones are more expensive, as they tend to be smaller cans don't they? but then again I can't remember the last time I bought a rattle can from Halfords, Lol, so what do I know!
