I was inspired by your Patriot build to have another look at the 1/48 Arii version of the complete missile system and you said you'd like to have a look.

These two are as shown on the box image. They have both the trailer and tractor unit.

These last two are definitely NOT what is shown on the box! You only get the same articulated trailer unit which is exactly the same sprue in all four boxes plus an extra sprue for the antenna or control unit. You do not get the trucks!
Detail is quite sparse in some areas:
There is no interior detail for the tractor units, although they provide smoked glass for the windows so you can't see inside anyway.
All of the wheels are hollow at the back.
The figures are part of the trailer sprue so you get the same three in all four kits.
The radar dishes on the antenna are solid - no attempt has been made to represent the mesh.
Despite all this, there's enough detail to give a good start to anyone with some scratch build experience to make an impressive dio.
The first two here were produced by Arii. The other two have boxes labelled Ace although they contain identical sprues, decals and instructions.
