discussion AS-90 SPH

Next to come across the bench is the Hobby Craft AS-90 SPH.



Also in the box is the Eduard etch set and the now out of production Accurate Armour update set and a set of workable tracks..

Construction has begun with the hull being glued together and following the AA instructions any sanding, cutting and filling has been carried out..



The turret has also been sanded ready for the new additions and the weld seams on the corners.



I have also assembled some of the track to see how well it goes together, and it works as it should.



Finally I have managed to find the Aber barrel that was put away in case it got lost.

Just pulled up my chair for this one, a very good start.

Work now underway on the hull and turret.

The hull has had the gun mounting fitted in place and the welding of the angles and across the roof front. And the rear box is now in place..







Also added the mesh over the intake grills..
