This vignette based on a haunting old war pic which has always stuck in my mind.

A bad day in Berlin that'll be for sure when ready!!!
Love your realistic dioramas, complete with horror and grime, so this one I look forward to see how it turns out! :smiling3::thumb2:

Halftrack is looking fantastic!

Thanks Monica, halftrack is an old dust shelf warrior, built in the 80s
Gave it a good dark wash, will look better once I bring some color out.

Another gruesome installment from "Doctor Death"

Getting a bit more done, lay out wise, still a long way to go.
Neck deep in snow doesn't help, free time wise, but I try to keep active.

Getting some color on halftrack, bit more tweaking to go, very busy and modelling time limited but I do what I can when I can.

I'm just catching up again Jim, nice work, I too like the arm poking out of the view hole. It portrays a forlorn scene of panic.

Thanks Ian, the arm is starting to grow on me (pun intended):smiling2:

Bit more done, grubbing it up, set vehicle in place, may add a tidbit or two yet, then it's off to repeated washes and dry brushing till it looks right to me.
Oh, and I won't forget the arm:smirk:

Ahh...nothing like a simple answer to a simple question, they are war machines after all these "models" that we build.
War is the worst inhumanity to man that could ever possibly be conceived, especially when they are mostly launched due to greed and power madness.

life is cheap and compassion totally lacking once one is locked in it's maniacal grip......God help us all....:disappointed2:
