When I were a kid we couldn't afford balloons. Or paper and "Mache" was a real luxury if you could find any int' shops roundabouts where I lived........ Our Arthur brought some "Mache" home for a surprise once. Friday night it were, but we didn't have any paper to use it with. Like I said, we couldn't aford it.......
