Eduard never produced any hurricanes in 1/72 nor 1/48...
 
In 1/32 I would say Trumpeter gets the crown.
1/24 Trumpeter also does a hurricane.
Italeri does a good kit for both the sea and land variants in 1/48
Airfix also do a good 1/48 hurricane
I have no idea about 1/72
