discussion Boat meet on the French Riviera

Hi Friends,

Last month there was a Model show at Cannes, well known for it's Cinéma festival. The Rotary club had organised a three days meeting for all the model builder passionates. It was located next to the yacht club on the harbour. for the occasion they had put up a small pond where some nice looking models have been sailing. I took a few pictures..........

Hi Alan,

Thanks for posting, there are some very nice models there and some very recogniseable ones too. That certainly looked like a good event to be at. Even the real boats in the background are nice too !! (and undoubtedly very expensive)

I particularly like The Calypso with the diving cage and submersible out... I always did enjoy Jacques Cousteau's programmes as a kid.
