Boatmans Super Hornet F18/A- F Build

I used to play Golf but havent played for 20 years.We used to have a Wii game and played Golf and all kinds of crazy golf and adventure games.Im not a great film lover.I get dragged along sometimes.Im more of a documentary fan or anything on Egypt or archaeology.Love watching youtube videos on models.

AN HI Richard yes we had a good game of golf on tv an i won cant think how though as i played rubbish trouble was thugh john played more rubbish than i lol an yes i love u tube

Looking good Chris. You are correct, the leading edge lift devices are called slats.

HI Joe yes i thought they were an to me its a marvel that they dont jam up at all as they all just slot into each other so a very complex wing components

Loving those colours Chris. A great iconic fighter.

HI Steve yes she lookin colourfull now thank goodness just got to hope the decals dont splinter like they did on the tomcat as that was a hellof a job to rejion them up on the planes an this hornet has a lot more decals wish i could have fitted them firstly before fittin the wings togeather but no as to the lite wires all had to be fitted so steve thanks for havin a look see at the build

AN Cheers Joe yes very nice to see a colour full plane rather than all the main aircraft in low vid but if it went into combat at short notice an they dint have time to respray her she would make an easy target to see lol but i must say this plane has been a dreafull fit an so far more difficult than the tomcat as i could make a small list of the things an parts that dint fit an the lastes bein the engine jet pipes are miles out of fittin so had to cut off part of the engine tube an then grind out the engine jet pipes before they would fit an no not nothing to do with the wirein

HI GUYS well another small update on the hornet an here at last im now fittin on the decalls an to me this has been a rotten fit an now i find at least the decal havnt let me down an not splintered thank goodness but ive found out that some on the tail are not the correct 3 c/m withd that they should be an im useing the decal set an fit so see how i get on with them IMG_0521.jpg

How was the Ammo decal stuff Chris?,I still have Micro set and sol.I usually mess up the decals.
