HI JIM yes you have hit the nail on the head regards them blooming planes an that glass plastic in all my 60 odd yrs of building kits an such ive never come across such a horrible plastic to try an glue togeather an brittle as the undercart legs were so thin an brittle just trying to push them into the fitment holes they broke an tryin to glue them back how they should be was a battle an the stress mounting boy its a wonder that i dint just chuck them into the bin but jen says ive got a very stubbon streak in me an i think she is right an yes i did have nightmares as i would wake up at about 2am thinking about them if lilley dint wake me first with a gentle bite on my arm as she is a little piggy always wanting food an thats dreamies she is crazy on them but back to them never againWow! That looks great. Bet you're still having nightmares with all those little planes. Well done Sir, a beautiful model.
