The streaking looks quite prominent in the pics, but more subtle in the flesh. I've got to do the underside next then go at it with some other oils for staining and fading.

Bombs and missiles look excellent and the weathering on the plane is first class - subtle but effective.

I finished the pin wash and set to work with the oilbrushers. The idea was to create wear and discolouration, but I can't decide if I've overdone it. :thinking:

I'll leave it overnight and look again in daylight. Being oils I can still knock it back if I decide it's too strong. :)

I think I'm done weathering. :)

I finished off with some streaking grime (three different colours) and some Tamiya smoke.

I also weathered the external fuel pods and jet cans.

I think I'm happy with the result, a lot of the pictures I've seen of Strike Eagles show them quite worn and streaky.
