Do you have a finished example of this that we can see? It certainly looks simple to make but would make a huge diference to a diorama setting.

I've only built one (which was how the drawing was born), but it was part of a contract build back before I took pictures of everything, so it's not in my hands now.

I used Balsa to build the framework & roof, and painted the empty interior black, although now days I would probably go further with interior details, such as blinds, curtains, some interior walls visible through the windows.
