After a continuous fingertip search in an increasingly widening less likely range in the ballistic trajectory of this tiny yet essential part, it was the noble battery powered vacuum cleaner that found this teeny tiny idda bidda 'ickle part!

It's surprising just how much dust and debris accumulates in high traffic areas of the home!
