I used to put together a Disney Quiz around Christmas time but haven't done it for a couple of years so I thought it was about time we took a bit of time off, sat back with a warming drink in front of the fire, printed the quiz out and shared the questions with the family.

As this takes a lot of time to put this together I would ask that you do not use the internet to find the answers. They could all be answered quickly and easily by doing that and defeat the whole object for everyone else. Do the quiz out of your head, or with your family, and enjoy it.

I will only tell members how many that have got right until such time as I think it has run it's course and I will publish the answers.

So here we go, enjoy:

1) Which of the seven dwarfs is the only one not to have a beard?

2) Name two Disney Movies that Phil Collins contributed to the musical score.

3) What, according to “Monsters Inc”, is ten times more powerful than fear?

4) In what movie will you find the character “The Sorcerers’ Apprentice”?

5) Name the character that Dick Van Dyke plays in “Mary Poppins”.

6) In “Steamboat Willie” Minnie cranks the tail of what animal to generate music?

7) Which actor links “Bed knobs and Broomsticks” with the “Planet of the Apes” series of movies?

8) Who provides the voice for “Woody”?

9) What was the name of the spaceship WALL·E found himself on?

10) Two part answer to the last one, Firstly what was the name of the movie in which Jonnie Depp started as J.M. Barrie and secondly what is the link to Disney?

Well done, a pretty impressive seven to start with, was that all out of your head and without using the Internet?

If so I obviously need to make them a bit more difficult!

Excellent attempt, let's see if anyone can fill in the gaps.

That's about it, exept for number six, any takers?

First of all for those who are interested the animal was a goat.

Secondly was this of any interest to anyone? Was it worth putting together? Should I do another one, and if so was it too easy, too hard or too specific?

Any suggestions welcome, even if it's "Don't bother!"

Yes please! Can I have another?

More of the same for me.

A question is only easy if you know the answer!

Now I have a read through I see you've posted most of the answers anyway, oh well.

How about another quiz with a timescale before you confirm the answers?

One on Bond books and or Movies would be very welcome :)

OK I'll put another one together later. I'll have to include a couple of harder ones for Noble though!

I'm afraid I only do Disney ones, I'll leave other subjects for the rest of the members.
