Clear coat question.

I have a bunch of model cars I'm working on, I'm going to be using tamiya acrylics on top of a humbrol grey primer. Once I have the base coat, I want to apply a clear coat for a simple shiny gloss finish, I'm not going to bother with polishing at this point due to my limited experience with cars.

Now my question is; what should I use for a clear coat? Is Tamiya TS-13 safe to put on top of tamiya acrylics so long as they have fully cured? How about humbrol clear? I don't want to make this too complicated as I'm only a beginner when it comes to cars.
