Hi Scott I wish I could help you mate, I'm having a few problems myself with the computer, charger packed up so I cant get to load pics up myself, New one on order, but someone on here is bound to be able to help you out with your problem buddy;)

Hi Scott,

Erm try clearing you internet cookies etc... and try another browser if that doesn't work. I would say its the cookies that need clearing

Cheers,Ben

How do you do that

Hi scott

if you using Internet explorer goto the cog wheel symbol top right just below the close button and go down the list and click internet options, A dialogue box will appear browsing history will be on the page click clear history another dialogue will pop up then select in the tick menu cookies, browsing history and saved data< do this one just in case. I would say the first two option i said will do the trick.

If your using google chrome click the 3 dashes top right and goto options>History then click clear browsing history and a similar dialogue box will appear same process again :)

Hope this helps

Cheers,Ben

Well hang on, before trying that, when you say "cannot access site", what exactly happens? Do you get an error? blank screen?

Yes I do.

I occasionally get 'this site is unsafe' flagged up by my Norton Gizmo.

When it does I click return and try again, and hey-ho it opens up the site without any trouble!!!!!!

That ugly word Norton rearing its head! Seriously, if you don't believe me, try eradicating it from your system, and I mean fully, it always leaves stuff on your system, almost like a virus itself! I've had as much trouble from Norton as it might have saved me. And if it goes a bit Tonto, then all hell lets loose. My advice, Firefox, Avast free antivirus and windows firewall. And if it's all still loopy, back up and re-install your OS. It's a bit of a palaver, mostly time wise, but you end up with what feels like a new computer! As a dual OS user, I never cease to be amazed at what the majority of computer users put up with when using Windows!

I agree with John, I got rid of Norton many years ago and on my windows machine only use windows defender/security suite and windows firewall and have never had a problem, But you must keep windows updated. Also I never open any email unless I know who its from. Anything I am unsure of just gets deleted. I think your problem is more of a software (probably Norton) one than the computers up the duyff.
