Should have sealed the doors up and then put black plastic over the windows...that would have scared them!

They could be dreaming about filling their quota of speeding motorists ( oops I mean criminals )for the day.

Funny how your notions about things change, was never a fan of the police but have gained a new respect for them {NYPD} after 911. I spent many days at ground zero after the attack, working under the Office o Emergency Management and saw many things I wish not to remember {just added to the list} Their heroism and bravery were outstanding as were all of the first responders. The NYFD {firefighters} lost almost 400 men running into buildings that others were trying frantically to flee. It's the state troopers and rural sheriffs that get my goat, busting peoples chops over trivial matters.

Now there are two types of sleeping police men one lies in the road and the other lies in cars

Well, at least they didn't get caught using some confiscated gear

Although not a great lover of police, but to be fair they do very long shifts & grab their breaks when they can.

They don't have fixed meal break times as other professions do.

I often see one of our local plods eating his sandwiches, bought at the local confectioners while parked up.

Same thing here in Jersey. Coffee House below us. When we moved in we thought this place a high crime area always

police cars parked at the entrance. Then they come back each holding a take away coffee.

Always parked on a yellow. Should I do a "citizens". Na they are nice blokes looking after us.

Just been on the news over here about policemen being caught in speed cameras whilst ON DUTY!!! still expect them to pay the fines. That is bloody silly.Although the Police are something most people love to hate, (mostly due to speeding fines). they do a good job.

As for those two sleeping on the job.... maybe one of their fellow officers could have rolled in behind them and hit the sirens and blue lights....would you mind blowing into this please...
