Ok, starting a little late but off the blocks, with the obligatory spruce shots. I will be building option D, which is W. Nr. 0125310 flown by Hptm Josef Priller as CO of III/JG 26 based at Wevelghem in Belgium.

I shall look forward to this. The Eduard kits have a great reputation and the extras in the Profipack are very useful. I have only built a Spitfire from Eduard but it was a superb kit.

Made a start on the cockpit, basics painted RLM66 using MRP paints, starting to add the prepainted photoetch.

Looks a good match between the RLM66 and the PE - on my 1/72 190 the PE is a lot lighter in colour.

She is starting to look like an aircraft now. Generally the fit has been good, but slipped a bit on the leading edge of the wings

Making progress, canopy masked up and in place, RLM66 sprayed for interior color.

Some of the smaller parts being prepared for adding once the main aircraft is painted.

Forgot to post recently, underside now done in RLM76 and masked up and RLM75 just sprayed on top surfaces. Next is to mask for RLM 74 for the camouflage, then the mottling.
