Deluxe Materials 3D Weld Adhesive (40ml) AD94
Deluxe Materials 3D Weld is a specialist solvent adhesive developed for assembling and joining 3D printed plastic parts. Supplied in a 40ml bottle, it works with PLA, PLA+, ABS, PETG and ASA, making it suitable for a wide range of filament-based 3D printing and scale modelling projects.
Unlike adhesives that simply bond two surfaces together, 3D Weld chemically fuses the plastic at the joint to create a welded connection. This produces a strong, non-brittle bond with a clean, seamless appearance, particularly useful when assembling detailed printed models or joining separate printed components.
3D Weld has a fast initial grab time of approximately 4-5 seconds, with handling strength developing in under a minute. This allows printed components to be positioned and joined quickly while providing a short window for adjustment during assembly.
The low-viscosity formula flows into fine gaps and joints, helping the adhesive reach areas between closely fitting parts. This is especially useful with layered 3D prints, intricate components and assemblies containing fine surface details.
