Just read this.... It crashed over the weekend..... Sad news, hope the pilot will be ok and the aircraft can be rebuilt

Just read this.... It crashed over the weekend..... Sad news, hope the pilot will be ok and the aircraft can be rebuilt.

Good news - the pilot was discharged from hospital yesterday and is ok.

Bad news - from what I’ve read the rebuild maybe difficult as it is quite a complex construction and there aren’t that many people around who could do it, though that it will be possible.

Sad news mate. The audio I used on my recent Comet build (completed YT video) came from an old Shuttleworth YT Vid, featuring the Comet, as I wanted to use original aircraft sounds..... I bet theres not many of them around?

Flipped over on landing. Didn't this happen to one of these a few years back. ?
