Dioramas do you know when to stop

Ok my model railway is never finished as I add new details all the time. My military dioramas are the same. My last one was made around the London Blitz and I have tried to say "thats enough detail" I put it away but have a fag and think Oh I will add this or that. It is never really finished but I dont know when to stop! do you have this problem if not when do you decide to stop.
