Very clever. lol. Their is actually a reason behind this camouflage though. Being that they have been fighting Muslims in Iraq and Afghanistan they decided to paint the figures of women into the camouflage. In their religion they are forbidden to look at the figure of a women, unless of course they are married. So by painting this on they cannot look at the helicopter. Makes it a lot harder to shoot something down if you can't look at it.

I remember this camo from sometime back, it go's back to Desert Storm I think, the heli is a HMH-466, but it would be a great model project to do.......great picture...

If Kresten's entirely plausible sounding explanation is correct,and it certainly sounds like something our trans Atlantic cousins would do,it is even more bizarre.

I remember reading about it a few years ago. It would be rather funny to see. I didn't believe it at first either but after reading a couple of different sources it started to seem like a good idea.
