John is going to get me the Engine kit...... So I can build this with the Engine panels open....... and the driver peering inside trying to work out why it won't start??????
Might need a bit of tweaking to get it in there.... But I'll manage.

Is obvious why it won't start, the mechanic is struggling with the g.a. Drawings haha. I'm sure you will pull it off though, no worries.

The leg bones connected to the throttle body, the throttle body's connected to the main gun...

I love the 251 and all its variations. Here are a few colour schemes for you.

Thanks Scott............I think the bottom one ( Brown on grey) was already my choice Scott....... After a lot of research I think that was a camo pattern used by 9th Panzer division during the invasion of Greece....... The kit has decals for 9th ......'Although it seems that German camo was so varied throughout WWII that there is no right or wrong way to do it........ different guidelines / directives were issued at different times and those were interpreted differently by the crews depending on what they considered best for survivability and the availability of materials...... it's all a bit woolly:confused:

agree totally with you ,Peter, there real is no wrong or right with German camo,as it was lefted to the commanders to choose what he won,t as you have said it all, ;)

I may be totally wrong in this, I usually am, but wasn't the brown over grey dropped quite early I the war? Having said that, when was the invasion of Greece? I have no idea, just ignore me.

Looking good though, I do love these vehicles.

The German Army's invasion of Greece (Unternehmen Marita) began on April 6, 1941

According to that site, the brown over gray ended in 1940. Not sure if any existing ones got away before being re painted though.

That ok Graham ....... I didn't think you were criticising mate. I'm all for anyone pointing out stuff that I may have either missed or screwed up on. One of the reasons we are all here is to learn stuff from each other....... and I'd never seen that website. Thanks for the link.

Coming along well Peter.

Just do as my daughter says "paint it pink":).
