Hi Guys,

I was putting together a list of airshows and model shows for the next year and trying to choose which to exhibit at! Then it occured to me, how great would it be to have a thread here so everyone can post their local shows and/or airshows. That way we will have a great list and can work out whos going to be at which show and then maybe share a pint or ten?

It's a good idea, but rather than a thread it would probably be better to use the calendar, then the the events are shown on the main page and the forum at the bottom a few days before, it seemed to work well last year and everyone can add to it

Cool, ive yet to see a forum calender work! that would be great!

Google can read everything that we can, but why does that make a difference?

yeah sounds good to me , saves having to remember which site i saw what show date etc.

The most important day in my calendar is the Kirklees Model Boat Gala Day in June. Everyone welcome of course but probably a long way for a lot of you travel.

I like the calendar idea, I'll see if I can find a few dates. I know the Harrogate Model Engineering Exhibision is in May and that is a superb show but I won't be home this year. Still it will please the missis as I usually end up buying something!
