Arrived Jersey today 4th at 9:30.


Less than 23 hours door to door.

Having worked for an Internet retailer I am very aware of the trials and tribulations of getting goods to the customer, so I really appreciate john's service.


I do remember a customer, who ordered at 23:30 and rang up at 10:00 the next day to complain he had not received his order, and he hadn't even paid for next day delivery.

During my architectural career I asked the builder what was the delay on fitting


the urinal in the pub toilets.


He said it had gone astray and the manufacturer was sending another.


The original arrived in Jersey British Isles about 6 months later. It had got to New Jersey USA.

I like that Laurie, even more so as it was a toilet accessory. Heard recently about a customer who bought a ticket to (they thought) Birmingham UK from the US thinking it was a super special price, they were a bit disappointed when they landed at Birmingham, Alabama.
