discussion figure scales???

i know you can get figures in 1/12, 1/16, 1/32, 1/35, 1/72

but what i really need is 1/24!!! i have 2 that came with my impreza that are sitting in it. but i really want some cool slick guy to stand next to my enzo once its complete.

any one know of any figures in 1/24 at all? and if civi figures, which i very much doubt.....excellent!!!

Hi Richard,

I thought Tamiya at one stage did extra crew figures on the Racing Car sets, but not sure. Another one to try could be Italeri for use with the truck kits

Hello all, if you look to the Railway modelling areas where the larger scales for Gardens you'll find all sorts from 1/20, 1/22.5, 1/24, 1/29. and more! Best bet is take a credit card / debit card with you as this will give you an ideal ready reckoner to see if the piece you've found is actually close to what you want about 70 -75mm for male adult. Preisser are probably the most prolific and detailed but expect to pay up to £10 for one.

There are 1/24th scale figures in the model boat world as well. Try Model Dockyard or one of the other big model boat supply people.

I seem to remember Tamiya doing 1/24th as well as 1/12th figures to go with thier racing cars. You would be suprised at the number of people who have adapted the 1/12th figures to add to a model boat.

Tamiya do 1:12th, 1:16th, 1:24th, 1:10th and 1:8th figures for their range of cars and bikes HOWEVER they are a pain to get hold of and some are much more common than others!

thanks chris, right scale, wrong models.although the guy in the middle could be used.but that would be a waste of money.
