discussion focke wulf FW-190 A

so this is my first 1/24th build

its a FW-190 A by Heller....not only is it my first 1/24th it is also the only Heller kit i own.....I got it second hand at a hobby shop i trust....and got it for a steal at 40 canadian dollars....

I have only a few complaints about the kit....

1.....the lack of decal choice and photo etch parts.....all my other 1/24th kits seem to come with a great selection....thank you trumpeter.

2....some parts are attached to the sprus a little too thick for my taste..

3...it also seems as though they went a little overboard with the rivet detail...i tried to get a pic of this..

i will be doing updates as i complete various sections of the model. go easy on me though...panel washes and weathering are very new to me...since i after 10 years of nothing i have moved from cars in my early days to planes.

Don't know the kit but love the subject! I'll be watching this one. Any idea what aircraft you will do?
