Hi all whats a good glue for photo etch parts?

Also can i use super glue to stick two painted acrylic surfaces together?

For PE i would personally use either superglue (CA or Cyanoacrylate) or Gator glue.

Superglue will bond the PE very quickly (obviously) and therefore you have to place the PE carefully into place.

Gator glue drys a little slower so gives you a little time to move things if you haven't positioned it quite right

Superglue for PE with the provisos Allyne has mentioned.

I wouldn't try to stick painted plastic parts together with anything. All you are doing is sticking the paint to the paint and possibly,not even that if the glue reacts with the paint to make a sticky,bubbly mess. I'd remove the paint from the area to be glued and touch up later. The Mk1 finger nail,which we all come equipped with,is quite good for this.
