hi i was wondering if anyone has any ideas on painting detailed cockpit controls?? i am abit heavy handed but if any one has any useful advice then that would b great :thinking:

well there is no real easy solution to your Q. one thing you could try is by painting your cockpit black then dry brush on your besels around screnes. then get a new pointy brush and a magnifying glass get a fairly liberal amount of paint on the tip but not so much that you loose your point and then touch the knobs. having lots on your brush decreases the amount of pressure you apply and transfers on the highest point first. im not going to lie to ya its not easy but if you mess up paint it black and try again. here is a pic of one the seat rails are dry brushed silver on a black seat.
