a few weeks ago our dishwasher started tripping out some of the sockets in our house so I got onto my leccy guy and he sent out a bloke who examined it and said it was the heating element and he needed to order a new part

After a week of hearing nothing I gave the guy a ring to find out what was happening he told me he couldn't get part as they were being awkward with him, it was then he told me he was talking to bosh but my dishwasher is nef he said it's the same company blah blah I told him to forget it and contacted nef

The nef guy came took a look and said a seal has gone and we need a new machine , he gets on to his people and they are replacing it with a brand spanking new one for the cost of the call out fee £95 and it will be with us in a week

Now that's customer service:)

Could you give me this blokes name and number Alan

For one thing he does not seem "Nef" :D

It's is mate but a lot of big companies are now getting to grips with customer service due to the saturation of cheeper companies

Amazon has made a difference. Noticed they all fall over them selves to make

sure they do not get a "rotten" assessment.

Also the things that go on. Ordered some legs to build a computer table. Arrived 4" longer than ordered.

New proper sized arrived in the post in double quick time. No post the long legs back. Emailed what about

returning. He said keep them no to expensive to return. Felt sorry . gave him a 5star. Mentioned that they

had boobed but righted the wrong in double quick time.

After all we all make mistakes it is the ones who right the wrong quickly.

Do you get annoyed with some of the silly idiotic one star reviews. Such as " not suitable as it is to big".

Despite the exact dimensions being given.
