Thanks guys, yep it was the big half century and I had a nice quiet day (just as I always like it).

No hangover at all Ian, i haven't touched alcohol since my 18th!! (Yup.... Guess what happened there)

maybe had some withdrawal symptoms from coffee though

The main problem was excessive overindulgence .....

They were measuring the blood in my alcohol system for a couple of days after
