discussion Has anybody built any Hobbyboss Vickers medium tank kits?

Hi friends.
Im always a fan of slightly obscure tanks.Saw an article by Marcos Serra building a mark 2 Vickers medium tank.Have any of you built any of these?.Thinking of maybe a what if one soldiering on in maybe Caunter scheme in North Africa c1941.

I built the HobbyBoss Vickers Medium Mk.I, back in 2018 & blogged it - a nice model - I replaced the tracks with those from a Tamiya Matilda - the kit ones were too fiddly to use. I think the Mk.II had different suspension & tracks, so that may not be a problem. Not a model you see built very often - I too, prefer the slightly obscure models!

Hiya Dave.
Nice to hear from you.Thanks for your thoughts on these tanks.Ive been looking through some reviews and googling stuff.Read some Mark 2** were dug in as pillboxes at Merse.metruh.Certainly different looking tanks.
