discussion help needed on diorama grass and weeds

Hi all

So I am making a small 1:10th scale sort of diorama which will be used for photographing things against, and it will be a simple muddy scene with tire tracks running across it, but I wanted to add some grass and weeds on the higher bits but wasn't sure what to use. Obviously at 1:10th it will need to look like grass, and not that powder stuff and didn't know if there was anything people used or had seen that looked really good when done.

Faux or rabbit fur can he used for long grass Don, here's a link showing an example of faux fur

Using "Pelted Mink" faux fur for Grass

A cheaper option is paintbrush bristles from a poundshop, though it's the natural bristles you'd want, not the nylon type.

Thanks best go shoot me a bunny now then I also found a article using broom bristles painted green for longer shoots, so will have a bash tomorrow and see how they look.
