I brought a tool set to add to my collection. only thing is I have no idea what the tool is I have marked with a arrow. some one please put me out my misery and tell me what it is for

Nice looking set. That tool would be a balsa stripper. I found a couple photos on the web showing how it's used. There should be a plate on the bottom of the tool which can be adjusted to the width of the strip that you would like to cut. It works pretty well on balsa, not sure how well it would work on styrene though.
