Strange I know, we have a Freidland Evo bell system. The system works on 433MKz . Unfortunately the original bell push now seems unobtainable. I've seen another none genetic push also 433MKz , would this work ?
I've searched the web but found nothing really to say it will.
Any help would be appreciated.
John.

My experience on remote controlled door/gate systems is that not all remote controls are compatible with every system, even if they work on the same frequency.
Probably, and this is only my educated guess, the signal encoding system differs from model to model, especially if they belong to different technological generations.

Installed an old fashioned iron door knocker on my steel entry door when my bell system failed. Few use it, most just pound on the door or shout
"oi open the &¤%#¤"ing door real loud".

We have a door bell which chimes in the workroom upstairs, in the lounge and in the main bedroom. Most people just bashed on the door. Bought a sign which said "Please ring the bell" . Put it up near the bell push but people still bash on the door! I give up!

We have a bell push outside the porch door, and the remnants of a broken and disconnected bellpush inside the porch. A number of people have banged on the door after trying the broken bellpush and are surprised when I point out the working bellpush they've just walked past.

Indeed my thought Andrea, looks as if a re- programming will be required if I get that one Pete has shown.

That is what we have, 3 chimes in separate rooms, all with the flashing blue light, some people do knock , if they do I never hear them

The cat is dead Rick !!

Many thanks all , I've ordered one, so hopefully all will be back to near normality at Race Towers.

That happens sometimes.....when the little beggers don't follow orders! ;)

OH YEAH. They can hear someone using my door knocker a block over & I can hear it over R&R at volume 8 in the cave.
