I was wondering if anyone had methods of scratch building tires?

I need to make 8 tires for a huge project for 2007!

Its a MAZ 7310 Heavy Transporter. I am building it in 1/48th scale, however discovered that 1/24th tires are nearer the mark in size. I am aware of die cast versions, however they are in 1/43 and i am still going to scratch build it.

The tires that are the right size are 1/24 ones from a Toyota rav4. if anyone has a spare set? Or i can scratch build them. Any ideas appreciated!

Why don't you write off to Tamiya and buy a set of spares?

Sorry, bunk, thier from an airfix kit, and I dont know about airix spares?
