For Xmas my wife purchased the new simil r Ford gt from hiroboy for me , on opening the kit I found it had 3 rear tyres and 1 front tyre , I sent them a polite email straight away but seeing they were not back to work untill today thought I would phone them as well 1st thing this morning , to my surprise I spoke to a human straight away which was a nice - not a answer machine with a message saying leave your name and number we will get back to you but a real person , the guy apologised said he would open another kit and send me a front tyre , when I got home from work I had an email from Hiroboy saying the tyre is in transit and on its way to you now .

Hows that for customer service , Hiroboy get 5 stars from me.

People often have a bit of a moan but seldom give credit where it is due.

Just had a simillar experience with Airfix all be it I never spoke to anyone but considering they went back to work yesterday and I sent my email New Years Eve my parts are in the post too as a prompt email confirms.

To be honest ( i'm not brown noseing ) i've never had better sevrice that what i've had from John in the forum shop super quick delivery and the help he as given me in choosing the right colours ,and the way he gets kits if he's not got them is second to non
