My first post and first model for a long time. I quickly put together this tank just so I could practice some hard edged camo, so ignore the build quality :)

Its all about getting used to my new airbrush and painting in general. Hope you enjoy the mobile phone photos. And if anyone has any suggestions what to do about filters and washes I'm listening, but I'm just enjoying the handy work for now.

Looks good to me, I`d suggest a little weathering and chips on the areas the crew would be stepping on and off the tank, dust would be evident on the tank as would scratches...hope this helps;)

I really like how the camo has turned out and I personally wouldn't do a filter as a pin wash along the panel lines would tie it together nicely, if you diced to filter I would use a light colour so it wouldn't take away from the beautiful camo edges but give a slight dusty appearance.

Useful tip, but my pin wash skills need much more work before I'll let loose on this model, my hands are not all that steady... I'm erring towards your idea of a light filter to add a slight dust effect. Now off to practice making a filter using some oil paints I got lying around...
