discussion How to get missing Revell parts

Hello all.

My first model building in 30 years is not going well! I've started an Apollo Saturn V 1:96 from Revell, only to find a major part is missing. Revell's web site appears to cater for America and Germany only, and they are not replying to my emails via the german site.

Can anyone help me by telling me how I can approach the company for the missing part that I need? Thank you very much.

I've also just noticed that there a some missing parts in a Revell HMS Victory model I bought about a couple of months ago. Would it be possible if I could get that e-mail address as well?
